Going to multiple health practitioners (therapist, trainer, nutritionist) makes your care very disjointed and can get very costly. Instead of developing 3 separate professional relationships, pay 3 separate costs, and schedule multiple appointments, why not have a more comprehensive program with a continuum of care. 

Session location will be determined based on our initial intake session & your needs and goals

You Know This Looks Like Fun...My New Way to Run

    Check out this great video! I have been a runner since I was in 7th grade. It is something I've ALWAYS LOVED! The speed, intensity, and being outdoors in the fresh air gives me the adrenaline rush I need to do anything! A year and half after having major knee surgery I realized after going for a run that I needed a new adrenaline rush.  I wasn't able to go as hard as I had before without paying the price for the next few weeks. That's when I googled, "jumping shoes" and found these...

    It is great if you have a good support system, but  therapists create a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment which is necessary in helping people learn how to change their problematic behaviors. Therapists engage with their clients’ lives without becoming a daily part of it. Well-defined boundaries allow therapists the perspective from which to observe behaviors that friends who are involved in a client’s life may be too close to see.
